Family Systems II and New Life Programs Inc. was founded by Andrea Cleaves to meet the ever increasing mental health needs of the community in which we live.  Her vision was to develop an organization that believed in the necessity of personal involvement in the contemporary social issues of our time, especially family and community violence, multiculturalism, sexism, poverty, and rampant substance abuse.  Consistent themes in the work of Family Systems II and New Life Programs Inc. is Social Justice and Human Rights.

Family Systems II and New Life Programs Inc. is an organization of committed professionals that work to provide the necessary mental health and support services to all people in need of a reclaiming process that promotes respect and the development of a sense of personal responsibility.  Family Systems II and New Life Programs Inc. aspires to be a nationally respected, preeminent human service and social justice organization that sets standards as well as trends for other human service organizations.  We strive to promote advocacy to those who are marginalized and oppressed and provide resources to empower our clients.
